Business (£15/month or £150/year, £25/£250 with Timesheets) suits growing companies with up to 15 active employees. Unlimited (£50/month or £500/year, £70/£700 with Timesheets) is ideal for larger businesses with no employee limits.

What is Employee Timesheets?

An optional add-on that lets your staff record their hours, expenses and mileage day by day from any mobile phone or computer. Each month's timesheet is submitted to a manager for approval; approved hours pre-fill the payroll run and mileage or overtime is added as one-off adjustments. You switch it on from Settings once you have subscribed to the add-on tier.

Are there any additional costs?

Core payroll processing is all-in on every plan: unlimited payroll runs, updates and support. The only optional extra is the Employee Timesheets add-on, priced at +£5/month (Starter), +£10/month (Business) or +£20/month (Unlimited). No hidden fees.
